Shipping Coverage
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories may be subject to extended delivery times.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).
Please note:
- Processing time refers to order verification, quality checks, and packaging
- Orders placed during peak seasons or promotional periods may require additional processing time
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days after shipment, depending on:
- Your location within the United States
- Carrier performance
- Weather conditions or unforeseen logistical delays
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers

Shipping Fees

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
If tracking shows no movement for several days, this does not necessarily indicate an issue and may reflect carrier processing delays.
Delays and Exceptions
Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier operational disruptions
- Customs or security inspections (if applicable)
- High shipping volumes during peak seasons
EZMOM is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving delivery issues.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
EZMOM is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation.
We will assist in filing a carrier investigation where applicable. However, EZMOM is not responsible for packages lost due to theft or carrier confirmation errors once marked as delivered.
